CYBERSMART.TACTICAL is an independent, source-based specialist publication focused on military and law-enforcement capabilities, military special operations forces, law-enforcement special units and their publicly documented systems environment. Its primary focus is Europe and systems introduced since 1990. “Europe first” does not mean “Europe only”: coverage includes European manufacturers and developments, non-European systems used by European operators and European systems in international service.
The editorial perspective connects military and law-enforcement operational practice with technical systems experience and cybersecurity. Dossiers, series, system profiles and unit profiles connect technical data, requirements, procurement and documented use. Facts, indications and open questions remain clearly differentiated.
